About the Role
Are you a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months' experience and current AHPRA registration, looking for a rewarding casual opportunity where you can make a real difference in the lives of older people?
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a supportive and collaborative environment, values building meaningful relationships with residents, and is adaptable to a variety of shifts and care needs.

and high-quality nursing services while supporting the care team to provide safe, effective care that aligns with each resident's individual needs, goals, and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting the Care Coordinator with clinical documentation, care planning, and leadership of the care team
Leading and supporting recent consumer admissions and care planning processes
Communicating effectively with families, allied health professionals, and other care partners
Fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment for residents and staff
Actively participating in quality improvement and risk management activities
What You Will Need
AHPRA Registration as Registered Nurse
Familiarity with Lee care is preferred; however, a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly is also acceptable
Able to keep things running smoothly, even during busy times.
Organised, motivated, and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Candidates may be required to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and must hold a current NDIS Worker Clearance.
In line with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are strongly encouraged to be up to date with all recommended vaccinations.
