If you are an
experienced Banking & Financial Services recruiter
with experience of working within
wealth management, private banking, asset management or more broadly within the Banking and/or Financial Services sector,
we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team onsite at our prestigious Financial Services client based in Sydney.
Working within a collaborated and advisory team, you will provide a superior recruitment service and
develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
You are proactive with a consultative, responsive approach who enjoys partnering with key clients.
While this is an end-to-end recruitment role, you will operate as a true partner to the business, providing advice and guidance across all aspects of recruitment and talent acquisition.
The role you will play;
In this role, you will leverage your experience as a Senior Recruitment Partner to attract and assess high-calibre talent across our Wealth Management teams.
You will build strong credibility with stakeholders, take ownership of your portfolio and deliver with a high degree of accountability.
You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex workplace and excel at building trusted relationships across the business.
Beyond your core recruitment portfolio,



you will contribute to broader talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Depending on business priorities, this may include talent mapping, market insights, process improvements, candidate experience initiatives, recruitment technology, governance, and other strategic talent programs.
What you offer;
Proven experience recruiting within
wealth management, private banking, asset management, or broader front office financial services roles
Strong track record delivering end-to-end recruitment, ideally within or for a large, complex or enterprise environment
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
An interest in contributing beyond BAU recruitment, with the ability to support talent acquisition projects, process improvements, and broader strategic initiatives
Experience guiding stakeholders and candidates through the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring alignment and a seamless, high-quality experience
A consultative mindset, with the ability to provide strategic talent advice and leverage market insights
Passion for candidate engagement, with a strong focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience
