With a team of 400+ clinicians, we deliver Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Dietetics and Positive Behaviour Support across community, clinic and telehealth settings, across the whole lifespan.

About the Role
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our East/Inner South team, based in an area including Hawthorn, Camberwell, Richmond, South Yarra, Brighton and surrounding suburbs.
This is a fully mobile role, working across participants' homes, schools and the community, built around where you live.
You'll have access to a clinic base in Brighton East for assessments, as well as hybrid access to our Northcote office if that's convenient.
Open to full-time and part-time.
You'll be joining a team spanning early career through to senior clinicians, with access to colleagues holding specialist skills in assistive technology.
Caseload can be split evenly across paediatrics and adults, or weighted toward your interests.
What You'll Be Doing

Deliver person-centred OT services across home, school, and community settings
Complete functional assessments and intervention planning
Support participants with disability, including autism, ADHD, intellectual disability and global developmental delay
Work on assistive technology prescription and, depending on interest, mental health-related OT support
Collaborate with your team and broader multidisciplinary colleagues on complex cases
Take part in shadowing, mentoring, and small group support as part of your onboarding
What We Offer
Regular clinical supervision, plus team lead supervision
Face-to-face team meetings, with hybrid options if you're near Northcote
Shadowing and mentoring from senior colleagues
Access to specialist assistive technology expertise within the team
Genuine caseload flexibility across the lifespan
A team that genuinely supports each other and celebrates wins together
Achievable KPIs that support a healthy work-life balance
A national organisation with local team connection
What You'll Bring
Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, this is a fully mobile role, so this is genuinely required
Strong communication and organisational skills
Someone who enjoys building relationships with colleagues, both socially and professionally, and sharing wins along the way
If you're keen to build skills across a varied caseload, with real supervision and a genuinely supportive team behind you, we'd like to hear from you.
