Location: Dandenong Campus | Hybrid Working
Providing educational, strategic leadership and development in the operation of vocational education and services within the Plumbing & Safety Services team.
Drive the development of innovative delivery models and opportunities to enhance student outcomes and facilitate Chisholm growth and financial performance
Deliver practical solutions that drive compliance, risk reduction, and positive business outcomes.
Ensure operational activities are appropriately resourced, monitored and evaluated according to the overarching operations strategy.
Champion and support the implementation of Chisholm's new Strategic Plan *********

You are a proactive and results driven individual who is committed to delivering excellence.
A highly motivated and organised individual with proven experience in managing teams in a client focused industry.
You will have outstanding interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a highly collegiate manner.

Qualifications required for the role:
Essential
Tertiary qualifications in management or a related business portfolio or extensive experience in a related discipline.
Desirable
Certificate IV In Training and Assessment TAE***** or equivalent.
Diploma of Vocational Education and Training TAE***** or equivalent.
An approved course of adult teacher training accredited at Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Level 6 or above.
