Uniting Communities in Adelaide is seeking a Community Health Nurse (Clinical Nurse Level 2) to join our Streetlink Program, delivering holistic, client-centred primary health and AOD services to homeless and vulnerable young people.
This two-day-per-week role (Tuesday and Friday) involves frontline nursing, outreach, education, and advocacy within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to service improvement and better health outcomes.
