Belgravia Leisure in Gympie is seeking a Duty Manager to co-ordinate daily operations with a focus on safety and high-quality service delivery.
You will lead and coach lifeguards and front-of-house staff to ensure patrons enjoy their visit in a protected environment.
The role requires energy, reliability and outstanding communication, with shifts mornings, evenings and weekends.
Applicants should hold First Aid and CPR, a current Pool Lifeguard and Pool Operations certificate, plus a national police
