About the Role

Prepare HVAC maintenance proposals and contract renewals
Support commercial tenders and pricing submissions
Liaise with service teams, managers and subcontractors
Review scopes, pricing schedules and project documents
Coordinate deadlines and submission requirements

What You'll Need to Succeed
Experience preparing tenders, bids, proposals or submission documentation
OR
experience within HVAC, mechanical services, estimating
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Ability to interpret scopes, specifications and commercial documentation
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines




Keen interest in developing estimating, pricing and commercial skills
Located North of the River | Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
