About the opportunity This is a rare opportunity for an experienced operations, production or nursery leader to take ownership of an established and important Tasmanian operation.
Based in Perth, Tasmania, you'll lead a high-volume nursery and seed centre responsible for producing millions of seedlings and maintaining critical seed resources that support forestry operations across the state.
Importantly, you don't need to come from forestry.
We're interested in leaders from nursery production, horticulture, agriculture, tree crops, intensive production or other comparable environments who understand how to bring together people, planning, safety and production performance.
With an experienced team and established systems already in place, this role offers the opportunity to build on a robust foundation while bringing your own leadership style and ideas to the operation.

Driving a solid safety culture and consistent operational standards
