Eastern Health is seeking a Mental Health Clinician (preferably a Registered Psychiatric Nurse) for a short-term contract to support the Homeless Outreach Psychiatric Service (EHOPS) in Ringwood.
You will provide assessment, intensive case management, and assertive outreach to adults experiencing severe mental ill health and homelessness.
Join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to recovery, with flexible schedule, salary packaging options, and a strong focus on reducing health disparities.
