experienced Food Technologist
to cover maternity leave
Casual contract till mid December **** (4 months)
Fulltime hours, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with new product development and product improvement projects
Conduct factory and laboratory trials
Support product formulation and recipe development
Analyse trial results and prepare technical reports
Maintain accurate product specifications and documentationCollaborate with Quality, Production, and cross-functional teams
Ensure products meet food safety, quality,
and regulatory requirements
About You:
Tertiary education in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related discipline
Must have prior experience as a Food Technologist in a manufacturing environment
Porven experience in product development and hands-on bench top experience
Solid technical understanding of food science principles
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities
Available to commence immediately
