The team at Flexiforce are seeking an enthusiastic Labourer to do process work for a well-established Manufacturing company out in Mittagong, NSW.
The successful applicant will be using tools to assemble steel frames & trusses on a production line for a company specialising in manufacturing prefabricated building components.
This is a hands-on production role suited to someone who enjoys working with tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What's on offer:
Ongoing employment.
5 days a week, Monday - Friday.
Immediate start.
Work Hours: Mon - Thu: 7am - 3.30pm Fri: 7am - 1pm
Main Responsibilities Include:
Assembly process work




Manufacturing frame & trusses on a production line
Using hand tools & power tools
Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Maintaining a clean and secure work environment
General ad hoc tasks, as required
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
Proven ability to utilise hand & power tools safely and efficiently
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Physically capable of repetitive manual work
Efficient time management skills
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
