About the Role
We're looking for a Structural Engineer with 2-4 years' post-graduate experience to join a busy and supportive team.
You'll work across a genuinely varied caseload - from timber, concrete, steel and masonry structures through to heritage-listed buildings, education facilities and residential developments, giving you real breadth to grow your technical skills and experience beyond a single sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an intermediate engineer who wants to keep developing under experienced principals, take on increasing responsibility, and build a long-term career with a firm that invests in mentorship and progression toward Chartered/CPEng status.
Key responsibilities:




Structural design and analysis across a range of materials (timber, concrete, steel, masonry)
Preparation of drawings, specifications and reports
Liaising with architects, clients, contractors and other consultants
Contributing to projects across the education, residential, heritage and civil sectors
Site inspections and contract administration as required
About You
A tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering
Approximately 2-4 years' relevant experience in a structural consulting environment
Proficiency in structural analysis and CAD/BIM software
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload
A collaborative, detail-oriented approach and a genuine interest in developing your career
Working towards (or eligible for) Chartered/CPEng status is highly regarded
