Onsite role at Austin Hospital
This is a critical administration support role to support the operational efficiency of the ACIA Divisional Director and Divisional Manager roles.
A regular day will see you:
Complex diary management
Coordination and facilitation of divisional operational meetings
Administrative point of contact for ACIA Division
Broad range of administration / office management tasks
About you
As the ACIA Personal Assistant, you will be someone who has excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to supporting excellence in patient care.
You'll bring energy and drive to your work and have a keen interest in developing your skillset.
