The Role
This is a National Account Manager role owning a major portfolio on the Coles account, a category worth approximately $250 million, where this business holds around 60% share.
This isn't a run-of-the-mill account management seat; it's a genuinely commercial, P&L-owning; position on one of the largest and most strategically important accounts in Australian grocery.
You'll take full ownership of trade investment strategy, promotional architecture, ranging, and demand forecasting, while leading commercial input into the Joint Business Plan and S&OP; process.
You'll drive NPD from insight through to ranging, and work cross-functionally to unify shopper insight with the customer relationship,



this is a role that goes well beyond a simple volume mandate.
About You
Proven National Account Manager or Key Account Manager or National Account Executive experience with Grocery
Genuine commercial acumen, comfortable owning P&L; outcomes, not just sales targets
Curious and entrepreneurial in how you approach a category
Experience navigating a genuinely challenging category, with the self-awareness to talk honestly about what you've learned from setbacks
Solid cross-functional collaborator, confident operating at the scale and pace this account demands
Based in Sydney (essential)
