CareChoice is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to support NDIS participants with complex behaviours and mental health needs in the Melbourne area.
You will provide person-centered support, promote safety and independence, and help participants achieve their goals.
Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Disability, have at least 3 years experience, knowledge of behavioural support plans, and current screening and first aid.
