Sirv is seeking an experienced leader to establish and run supported independent living (SIL) services across regional Australia from home-based bases. You will deliver high-intensity, complex supports and build a cohesive team you select and develop, with authority over rosters and standards.
With around 300 participants in the region identifying as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, culturally secure support is central.
