The Therapeutic Counsellor provides vital clinical and therapeutic support to young people, collaborating with their families, carers, and support networks.
You will deliver evidence-informed interventions, conduct assessments, and support mental health, wellbeing,



and harm minimisation initiatives.
Working across a continuum of care, you'll assist in developing tailored care plans, support engagement, and facilitate referrals to ensure young people access the appropriate services they need.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Mental Health Nursing with full AHPRA / AASW registration (Social Workers require mental health credentialing)
Demonstrated experience working with youth experiencing mental health concerns
Knowledge of mental health assessments and support plans
Current driver's license, Working with Children Check, First Aid, and police check
Minimum 2 years' clinical experience in mental health or counselling
