A well-established
Australian stormwater and drainage solutions provider
is seeking an experienced
Business Development Manager
to support continued growth across Victoria.
This role suits someone with a strong background in
plumbing, drainage or piping products
, who understands the trade and distribution environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
The Role
Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients across
Civilplumbing, drainage and piping sectors
Identify and generate
new business opportunities
, driving sales growth within your region
Manage and grow existing customer accounts, working closely with internal operations and project teams
Support clients with technical and product knowledge, leveraging prior
reseller, trade or distribution experience




Represent the business professionally in the market and contribute to ongoing commercial strategy
About You
Background in
stormwater, plumbing, drainage or piping solutions
Experience in a
BDM, sales or account management role
Proven ability to generate leads, win new business and grow accounts
Experience working with
resellers or trade distribution networks is
highly regarded
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, commercially astute and comfortable working autonomously
