The Department of Health in Victoria is seeking a Senior Solicitor to support the Legislation Team in developing primary and subordinate legislation and ministerial/GC briefings.
You will provide legal advice across health, ambulance services, mental health and ageing portfolios.
Reporting to the Managing Principal Solicitor, Legislation, you will be involved in policy matters, interpretation of statutes, and preparation of Governor in Council briefings within a public service context.
