Banyule Leisure is looking for a
BusinessAdministration Support Officer
to provide practical, hands-on support toour leadership team across business systems, finance, reporting, membershipadministration, stock control and People & Culture processes.
This is a varied role where no twodays will look exactly the same.
You'll help keep operational processes runningsmoothly, support accurate records and reporting, follow up member accountqueries, assist with purchasing and accounts payable, and coordinateadministration across a range of business systems.
You'll be part of a team thatsupports health, wellbeing, recreation and active living outcomes for theBanyule community.
Whyyou'll love this role and what you'll do:
You'll support the efficientdelivery of Banyule Leisure services by providing business administrationacross a number of key areas, including:
membershipaccount administration, including overdue amounts and member queries
businessand operational reporting
People& Culture administration support, including onboarding, qualificationrecords, anniversaries and other staff-related processes
retail,merchandise, uniform and kiosk stock control
takings,banking and reconciliation support
accountspayable administration, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicechecking and approval follow-up.
You'll work closely with theBanyule Leisure leadership team, staff, members, internal Council teams andexternal stakeholders to support accurate, timely and productive servicedelivery.
What you'll bring/what we arelooking for:
We're looking for someone who isorganised, reliable and confident working across different systems, tasks andstakeholders.
You'll have
A commitment to Banyule Leisure's values and akeen interest in promoting health and wellness outcomes for our customersand the wider community.
Strong customer service focus and ability tomultitask in a busy and dynamic environment, without compromising serviceto customers.
At least 1 years' experience insimilar or related roles.
Prior experience working within the community sector or aquaticsand recreation industry in a administration or similar role will be highlyconsidered.
Knowledge of or capability to work with a number of independent andinterfacing IT platforms to support Banyule leisure, providing a range ofoutcomes including data analysis, system information integration andquality control.
What's on offer
A 2 yearfixed term part time role working 22.8 hours per week – this could beworked across 3 or 4 days.
Salary from $49,****** to $57,****** per year (comparison at fulltime is $83,****** to $96,******) depending onexperience, plus super.
Primary work location Ivanhoe Aquatic, and Olympic Leisure Centre.

Level 2 First Aid (Apply First Aid).
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
