About therole:
The Administrator will provide accurate and timely project and administrative support to the Culture and Organisation Development team.
This role is the cornerstone of support to the Culture and Organisation Development team, ensuring the Culture and Organisation Development team are supported to deliver the Mentally Healthy Workplace Plan, a range of employee engagement initiatives, development programs and recognition programs and awards.
These programs and work build capability and foster a positive workplace culture within Western Health.
Key responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for events and projects under including our reward and recognition programs and Mentally Healthy Workplace Plan.
Manage key team operational functions including budgeting, maintaining inboxes, and external supplier contracting processes.
Support consultancy and leadership development program administrative needs, such as workshop preparation, scheduling, liaising with managers and other stakeholders (e.g. for venues).
Coordinate review process for relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.
General administrative tasks (e.g. ordering stationary, interview scheduling, secretariat duties for internal meetings).
Demonstrated excellent organiserial and time management skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
