As a Café Attendant, you'll be the friendly face members lookforward to seeing every visit.
You'll craft quality coffees, serveup tasty food and drinks, and keep our café buzzing with the kindof warm, welcoming energy that makes people feel right at home.

No two shifts are the same: one day you might be perfecting aflat white, the next you're chatting with regulars or helpingrestock the shelves.

SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS;
We are looking for someone with:
Quallifications & Certifications
Current First Aid and CPR certification (desirable)
Food Handling Safety Course (Do Food Safely Statement ofAttainment or equivalent)
Skills & Experience
Strong attention to detail in daily tasks and caféoperations
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within ateam environment
Proven experience handling customer enquiries, concerns, orcomplaints with professionalism and empathy
Commitment to promoting the café in a positive manner whiledelivering prompt, high-quality customer service
Exceptional customer service skills with a member-focusedapproach
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Competence in the use of computerised point-of-sale andregister systems
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferablywithin a café or hospitality environment
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
Adhere to all Café Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)



andorganisational policies in accordance with trainingprovided
Deliver exceptional customer service to all members andpatrons, both in person and over the phone
Take and process customer food and beverage ordersaccurately and efficiently
Operate the café register and handle paymentsresponsibly
Prepare and serve food and beverages, including makingcoffees to standard
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic café environment bycleaning tables, equipment, and utensils
Assist with stocktakes and the organisation, receipt, andstorage of new stock
