Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate to join the Construction & Infrastructure team of a rapidly growing national law firm undergoing a significant period of transformation and growth.

You will work closely with a highly regarded Construction Partner recognised for advising contractors, developers, project owners and government-facing entities on some of Australia's most significant infrastructure and energy projects.
The team advises on complex construction disputes across:n

Major transport infrastructure projects
n
Renewable energy developments
n
Commercial and residential developments
n
Public infrastructure programmes
n
Government and contractor-side disputes
n
This role offers exposure to:n
n
Construction litigation
n
International and domestic arbitration
n
Security of Payment matters
n
Dispute avoidance and strategic project advice
n
Alternative dispute resolution
n
High-value contractual disputes
n
n
The team's project portfolio includes major transport, rail, road, tunnel and renewable energy developments, providing excellent technical and commercial exposure.
What you'll need to succeedn
n
5+ years' PAE in construction law
n
Admission to practice a lawyer in Australia
n




Strong disputes and litigation experience
n
Experience gained within a recognised boutique, mid-tier or top-tier firm
n
Excellent drafting, advisory and stakeholder management skills
n
A commercial and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution
n
The ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a high-performing team
n
