This is a great opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys working across both BAU payroll and payroll transformation, with the chance to play a key role in the implementation of a new payroll system.

About the role:

End-to-end payroll processing, including salaries, leave, superannuation, PAYG and adjustments
n
Payroll reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
n
Maintaining accurate payroll data across Workday, ADP and DEEL
n
Payroll reporting, compliance and audit support
n
Supporting HR and Finance with payroll queries and troubleshooting
n
Data cleansing, mapping, validation and parallel payroll testing
n
Supporting Workday Payroll go-live, stabilisation and optimisation
n
Ensuring compliance across STP, PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax and relevant awards/EAs
n

About you:
n
n




End-to-end payroll processing experience, ideally within construction infrastructure
n
Experience processing payroll across multiple states is highly regarded
n
Previous system implementation or project-based work is highly regarded
n
Exposure to data migration and testing
n
Robust understanding of Australian payroll compliance
n
Experience working across multiple awards/EAs and payrolls of 100+ employees highly regarded
n
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and a proactive approach
n
