About the Role
We are seeking two motivated and customer-focused
Registry Officers
to join a busy tribunal environment in Sydney CBD.
In this role, you will provide clerical, administrative, and customer service support to ensure the efficient operation of registry services. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced workplace and are committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional customer service to a diverse range of stakeholders.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and physical records.
Prepare correspondence and administrative documentation.
Support day-to-day registry and tribunal operations.
Manage multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are met.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information.
About You

Be self-motivated and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Have demonstrated experience providing administrative and clerical support.
Possess strong data entry, record management, and organisational skills.
Have excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
Be able to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
