ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a growing, high-performing organisation within the food and manufacturing sector.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to partner closely with operational leaders and play a key role in driving financial performance, improving efficiencies, and supporting strategic decision-making.
n
Based in the Brisbane region, you will work across manufacturing and supply chain operations, providing meaningful financial analysis, insights, forecasting, and support to key stakeholders.
n
THE ROLE:
n
n
Partner closely with operational and business leaders to support commercial decision-making and strategy.
n
Lead financial analysis across manufacturing operations, supply chain costs, inventory and product costing.
n
Provide insights to identify opportunities for improved labour and operational efficiencies.
n
Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
n
Analyse financial and operational performance and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
n
Partner with key stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and Warehouse functions.
n
Support month-end activities and the delivery of accurate and timely financial results.
n




Assist in maintaining strong financial controls within an operational setting.
n
Drive profitable growth through proactive analysis, commercial insight and performance reporting.
n

ABOUT YOU:
n
n
CA/CPA qualification, or equivalent.
n
At least 5 years' experience in Commercial Finance, Financial Business Partnering or a similar role.
n
Strong financial analysis, forecasting and modelling skills.
n
Proven experience partnering with operational stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
n
The ability to translate complex financial information into practical and actionable insights.
n
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
n
Experience working autonomously while collaborating effectively across multiple functions.
n
Manufacturing, FMCG, agribusiness or supply chain experience will be highly regarded.
n
Experience with inventory valuation, operational costing or product costing would be advantageous.
n
