Key responsibilities:
n
n
Taking and entering orders from customers and Sales Representatives
n
Responding to general
enquiries/complaints
from consumers and clients
n
Sending out price lists, credit applications and catalogues as required
n
Advising customer proof of deliveries and ETA's for their orders
n
Supplying product and order information to customers
n
Organising credits for incorrect invoices/short shipping etc
n
Raising return authorities and credits for customers
n
Liaising with the 3PL partner to advise stock returns, short shipments etc
n
Liaising with the Product Development team on faulty items when required
n
Processing of all majors account orders into Pronto and ensure orders are processed at the warehouse by the required dates
n




General reporting where required on eg sales reports, indents, back orders and sales promotions etc
n
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
2+ years Customer Service experience within wholesale sales and managing shared inboxes
n
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
n
Order management experience preferred
n
SAP or similar ERP exposure required
n
Excellent communication skills
n
Strong organisational and follow through skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Solutions and problem solving mindset
n
