J Panda Eatery is opening a new location at Elizabeth Quay in October **** and we are looking for an experienced Senior Sushi Chef / Kitchen Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is primarily focused on sushi, sashimi and Japanese cuisine, with involvement in the hot food section and day-to-day kitchen supervision.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in sushi, sashimi or Japanese cuisine and solid sushi-making skills are essential.
