Job Description
NRMA Parks & Resorts in Mon Repos, QLD is seeking an energetic Guest Services Manager for Turtle Sands Resort. You will lead a hands-on guest services team, support reception and guest activities, and set the standard for service excellence.
n
With at least 2 years in a hotel, resort or tourist park role, you will coach staff, coordinate rosters, and ensure smooth guest journeys from arrival to departure. This full time role reports to the General Manager.
