Sales Engineer – Process & Industrial Manufacturing
$100,000 – $110,000 + Super + Incentives + Fully Maintained Vehicle
The coverage area is Brisbane down through South Brisbane and across to Toowoomba, so it's a South-East Queensland territory with regular regional travel within that corridor.
We are seeking an experienced
Sales Engineer
to join a growing engineering services business supporting customers across
process and industrial manufacturing environments
.
This is a genuine
***** technical and commercial role
combining external sales, business development, customer relationships and technical solution selling.
About the Role
• Field-based role with approximately 40% regional travel
• Develop new business and grow existing industrial accounts
• Conduct customer site visits, technical assessments and presentations
• Provide solutions across
hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, fluid systems and mechanical equipment
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and manage opportunities through to delivery
• Work with engineering, workshop and service teams to deliver practical solutions
About You
• 5+ years' experience in
Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Applications Engineering or Industrial Business Development
• Robust technical understanding of
hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical systems
• Experience in
process or production environments




• Strong external B2B sales and solution-selling capability
• Confident engaging with operators, engineers and senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage long-term customer relationships
• Mechanical trade or engineering qualification highly regarded
Experience across
Food & Beverage, meat processing, bakeries, dairy, industrial manufacturing, metal fabrication, construction materials or pulp & paper
is highly desirable.
