Job Description
Service Stream is seeking a Senior Industrial Relations Advisor/Industrial Relations Manager to oversee a complex ER/IR portfolio across diverse, unionised environments. The role offers hybrid working and a transparent path to influence strategic workforce outcomes.

You will lead bargaining negotiations, provide strategic guidance to senior leaders on employment law and industrial frameworks, and act as escalation for sensitive workplace matters across dispersed contracts.
