You'll work across different age groups, collaborating closely with passionate Room Leaders and a highly experienced leadership team. The centre is known for its supportive, team-driven culture, consistently maintaining staffing levels above ratio to ensure educators feel valued and set up for success.

Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
n
Full working rights in Australia with no restrictions

Demonstrated experience in an Australian Early Childhood Education setting

Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences and care
