The Role

Due to growth opportunities internally, we are offering Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual opportunities for passionate Personal Care Workers to join our facility based in at Harden Grange! We are committed to providing exceptional residential aged care within a warm and welcoming setting that feels just like home, NSW. Personal Care Workers contribute to resident comfort and quality of life by providing safe, high-quality care in accordance with each resident's care plan.

What you will do
n
The Personal Care Worker Is Responsible For Ensuring
n
n
Personal care is provided in accordance with each resident's needs and preferences such as personal hygiene, continence care, mobility, eating & drinking etc.
n
Clinical Care such as medication support, basic dressings, and wound care, measuring vital signs etc
n
Social and recreational support such as assisting residents' family and visitors, and assisting residents attending activities.
n
Domestic services such as cleaning and serving meals,
n
Assessment and care planning such as completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts
n
n
Who are you and what will you bring?
n
n
Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or enrolled in same)
n
Flexible availabilities, we are looking for Casual and Holiday Relief candidates
n
Unlimited working rights, please submit your application if you are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
n
Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients
n
Experience in working in an Aged Care setting
n
Currently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain)
n
Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
n
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
