Bear Boy Espresso Windsor is looking for a highly motivated All Rounder with Specialty Coffee Barista experience for our Brisbane location.

The position:
n
Casual, 20+ hours week
n
Part of a thriving coffee team who are passionate about all things coffee and our range of specialty drinks we have on offer. (Check us out on instagram to see what we have)

Weekend availability is a must, with a rolling roster so you can still get some weekends off!
n
Must have:
n
n
Minimum of 1 years specialty coffee experience
n
Ability to dial in coffee desirable
n
Be a great team player and willingness to help in other areas of the cafe
n
Able to handle high volume and fast pace (our weekends are pumping!)
n
An openness to learning and improving barista skills (we have an awesome head barista who is a great teacher)
n




Outstanding customer service and a desire to engage with customers
n
Attention to detail and theability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
n
A strong communicator and high level of English
