About the Role:
n
Responsibilities will vary depending on the week
n
This role will work on both rooftops and other gardening locations
n
Perform hands-on gardening tasks, including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and planting
n
Operate and maintain a variety of gardening equipment and machinery
n
Engage with clients, understand their vision, and provide expert advice
n
Monitor, maintain, and repair irrigation systems
n
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and on schedule
n
Uphold safety standards and environmentally sustainable practices
n
What we need from you:

Proven experience within a gardening role
n
Sound horticulture knowledge
n
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
n
A creative approach to layering and garden design
n
Proficient in the use of a range of gardening tools
n
A positive and proactive attitude, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high quality work
n
Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
n
