About The Role

We are seeking experienced Special Class Welders (structural welding) to join our team on a major shipbuilding program. This is an exciting chance to contribute to Australia's defence capability while enjoying excellent conditions, great pay rates, and long-term project security.

About You
n

Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
n
Special Class Welder qualifications and experience in structural welding
n
Skilled in high-integrity welding to a minimum of AS ****** standards
n
Must be willing to undergo a medical assessment and provide a clear Federal Police Check
n
Must pass a welding test prior to acceptance into the roleSafety-focused
n
Reliable
n
Recognised Welder Qualification certificate at current organisation in FCAW / MCAW processes preferred for steel
n
Skilled in welding to shipbuilding classification standards
n
Experience using semi-automated weld tractors
n
