Job Description
Hope Mountain Cafe is seeking a Restaurant Manager with strong leadership to oversee kitchen operations on-site in a rural NSW setting. The role involves planning menus, managing costs, and supervising cooks and kitchen staff.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of managerial experience in a kitchen, a secondary education certificate, and a Food Safety Certificate. This permanent full time position starts as soon as possible.
