Job Description
AFCA is seeking a Senior Ombudsman in Banking & Finance to lead a panel-based team, applying fairness principles and shaping industry standards. This is a permanent board-appointed role reporting to the Lead Ombudsman.

The successful candidate will bring senior legal qualifications, deep banking and finance experience, and the ability to coach adjudicators while ensuring independent, fair decisions that affect financial firms and consumers.
