What You'll Do:
n
Lead with Love: Be the heart and soul of the Preschool room, creating a safe, fun, and stimulating space for children to thrive.
n Play and Learn: Develop and deliver an exciting, play-based curriculum that sparks curiosity and joy.
n Build Bonds: Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the local community.
n Inspire and Grow: Mentor and support your team of educators,



encouraging their professional growth and development.
n Stay Sharp: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and centre policies.

What we need from you:
n
n
Bachelors in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-assessed equivalent.
n
NSW NESA Teaching Accreditation
n
WWCC (NSW)
n
Proven 2+ years experience in a Room leader role within an Australian early childhood setting.
n
A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
n
Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.
n
A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous improvement.
