Are you an experienced electrician who is tired of being overworked, underappreciated, and on-call every other weekend? Climate Experts is hiring a Residential Electrician — and we have built a company where skilled tradespeople are actually taken care of.

Hourly wage + uncapped commission up to 10% of project profits
n
Electricians earn $80,000–$135,000+ per year

No on-call. Ever.

THE ROLE
n
This is a residential electrician position. You will sell, install,



and service electrical systems for homeowners across Brevard County — representing Climate Experts with professionalism and delivering a 5-star experience on every call. You will have the freedom to run jobs from estimate to completion, backed by a full office team dedicated to making your day run smoothly.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
n

Sell and complete residential electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs
n
Diagnose complex electrical issues and provide safe, effective solutions
n
Install wiring, panels, lighting, and smart home systems
n
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
n
Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions
n
Deliver a white glove customer experience on every call
n
Keep accurate job documentation and reports
n
Maintain safety as a top priority always
n
Help train and mentor future team members as the department grows
n

WHAT WE OFFER

$80,000–$130,000+ annual earning potential

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
n
n
5+ years of hands-on residential or light commercial electrical experience
n
Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
n
Ability to sell repairs and installations on-site
n
Strong communication skills — able to present options clearly to homeowners
n
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
n
Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
n
Must pass background check and drug screening
n
Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
n
Follows our tobacco-free policy
n

SCHEDULE
n
Full time. No on-call rotations. Up to 4 days off per week.
