Technical Business Analyst

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand, discover, define, validate and prioritise;
Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive technical specifications;
Synthesise business and technical requirements and concepts and present them in clear and straightforward terms;
Provide input during the design phase, ensuring that technical solutions align with business goals;
Skills and Experience Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical business analysis, in complex IT projects;
Experience working for a large enterprise incorporating ITSM practices;
Experience working as a technical business analyst to aid in the delivery of large, complex AWS or Azure native systems;
Experience in using generative AI and driving spec-driven practices to enforce design-first principles.
