Champion a customer first culture and deliver an unforgettable experience
n
Utilise your customer engagement skills with a focus on building loyalty and a unique in store experience
n
Keep up to date with our current products, promotions (and participate in regular training to keep you up to date with our new products and promotions)
n
Support the team in achieving (and exceeding!) sales targets and KPI's
n
Ensure the store always looks it's best, including products displays and following our merchandising standards
n
Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management
n
Follow up with customers regarding warranty and general queries
