The allied health team consists of 10+ professionals, including OTs, speech pathologists, and early childhood educators. Key Responsibilities
n
n
Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for children with sensory, motor, and cognitive needs.
n
Implement individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing daily functioning.
n
Collaborate with families and educators to support generalisation of therapy outcomes.
n
Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews.
n




Document and report in line with professional and NDIS standards.
n

What You'll Need
n
n
Degree in Occupational Therapy.
n
Full registration with AHPRA.
n
Experience in paediatric therapy (current grads also encouraged to apply).
n
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
n
Strong organisational skills and commitment to ethical, client-centred care.
n
OTs on visa 417 seeking regional work are welcome to apply.

Desirable Experience
n
n
NDIS experience highly regarded.
n
Familiarity with sensory integration, play-based therapy, or school-based support.
n
n
