Candidates can come from Head Contractor or Client/Consultancy Side but ideally will have some client/consultancy side experience.

Our client is a leading boutique project management consultancy with an established pipeline across tertiary education/student accommodation projects from smaller up to $60m+. They are now looking for an experiencedProject ManagerorSenior Project Managerto join their successful team in Sydney.
n
The candidate can come from a head contractor, or a client side/consultancy background however ideally will have some client side/consultancy experience. Excellent progression opportunities available and interesting work load.
n
Ideally candidates will have experience on education/student accommodation projects however other sectors experience is also fine.
n
Years of experience:
n 3 - 7 years +
n Responsibilities include but not limited to:
n
n
Scope development
n
Managing regulatory approvals
n
Design co-ordination
n
Stakeholder management and liaison
n
Health and safety
n
Program management
n
Contract administration
n
Construction management of project delivery
n
Management of site variations and design changes
n
Cost management
n




Business Development
n
n
Qualifications and Requirements:
n
n
Degree qualification in Building, Construction Management, Project Management or similar
n
A minimum of 3-7 + years' experience in a client-side PM role, head contractor experience would also be ideal
n
Proven end to end project management skills from concept through to completion
n
Contract Administration experience
n
Exposure to program management, managing timelines and critical paths
n
Experience of end-to-end project management on a variety of building projects would be an advantage
n
Experience of running multiple smaller projects or larger projects
n
n
