The Role:
Seeking an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager to plan, lead, and deliver a portfolio of complex digital initiatives through high-performing, multidisciplinary teams. You will drive successful delivery outcomes aligned with organisational strategy while actively coaching and mentoring teams to improve their Agile practices.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead multidisciplinary teams of Developers, Business Analysts, and Testers to deliver strategic technology solutions.
Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, issues, impediments, and blockers across critical stages of the project lifecycle.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritisation, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
Desired Skills and Experience
Proven success leading enterprise project delivery within an established Agile framework.
Direct experience with enterprise Salesforce environments, mobile field applications, and secure API integration middleware (e.g.,



MuleSoft).
Background in human services, public safety, or complex inter-agency government ecosystems.
