Job Description
Coles Group is seeking a Packaging Transformation Lead to accelerate delivery of the Own Brand R3 Packaging Framework Reduce, Recycle and Reimagine. You will lead packaging transformation opportunities across the Own Brand portfolio, partnering with technologists, sustainability partners and suppliers to develop sustainable, commercially viable solutions.

In this role, you will balance customer experience, product protection and cost, while driving recycled content and circularity.
