Glenbrook Surgery is seeking a reliable and compassionate part time medical receptionist to be the first point of contact for their patients.

About the Role
Part-time: 2-3 days per week including some Saturdays.
Key responsibilities include:
Greet patients warmly, manage face-to-face check-ins, and direct inquiries.
Answer phone calls, manage emails, and book patient appointments.
Process patient billings, Medicare rebates, and EFTPOS transactions.
Update and maintain confidential patient records.
General administrative support to doctors and practice management.
Proven experience in a customer service or reception role (medical experience using software like Medical Director is a strong advantage).
Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills.
Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patient confidentiality.
A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
