Seeking an experienced Assistant Director/2IC for this fantastic well-resourced early learning centre in Googong area
n
Role: Assistant Directoranzuk Early Childhood is currently working with a new and purpose built early learning Centre on the NSW/ACT border. This company is highly regarded and are known for their high quality of care, and commitment to their families.

The service is focused on providing a supportive and a fun environment and believes that the relationship between children and the educators is integral in creating a positive learning environment for the children.

You will work closely with the Director to support the team and ensure high-quality outcomes for children and families.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n

Supporting the day-to-day operations of the service
n
Mentoring and coaching educators
n
Conducting one-on-one meetings and staff appraisals
n
Supporting educators with professional practice and development
n
Assisting with compliance and quality standards
n
Helping organise centre events and excursions
n
n
About You:
n
n
Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor of Early Childhood
n
Minimum 3 years' experiencein early childhood education
n
Experience as aRoom Leader or in a leadership capacity
n
Passion for supporting educators and mentoring teams
n
Looking for along-term opportunity within a supportive centre
