Belgravia Aquatic Recreation Centre in Gympie is seeking a Customer Service Officer who places the customer at the heart of every interaction.
You will provide accurate information, support existing members, and assist prospective members to join on ongoing memberships while delivering excellent guest experiences in person and by phone.
You will conduct tours, process memberships, and maintain current knowledge of all centre services.
