KeyResponsibilities
·Test Strategy & Planning:Define and implement testingstrategies, methodologies, and tools, including automation frameworks.
·Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and coordinate testingefforts, allocating tasks to analysts.
·Execution & Monitoring:Oversee test execution, ensuringtesting aligns with project requirements and timelines.
·Defect Management:Identify, document, and track defects,conducting root cause analysis for issues.
·Stakeholder Reporting:Provide regular updates on testingprogress,



risks, and quality metrics to managers and clients.
RequiredSkills and Qualifications
·Experience:Proven experience as a Test Lead or senior TestAnalyst, often 3+ years.
·Technical Skills:Understanding of manual/automated testingtools (e.g., Selenium,Azure Test Plans,ServiceNow ATF).
·Methodologies:Robust knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfallframeworks.
·Soft Skills:Excellent leadership, communication, analytical,and problem-solving skills.
